Here’s a healthy snack recipe that’s great for kids and adults. Try this cauliflower popcorn recipe for parties or a healthy after school snack. Cauliflower never tasted so good.

Ingredients

    • 2 heads cauliflower
    • 2 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 425°.
    • Core cauliflower and pull apart florets into popcorn-size pieces.
    • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower pieces with oil and salt. On a rimmed baking sheet, arrange cauliflower pieces in a single layer. Roast for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden, turning at least once while roasting.
